Purpose
Information you send by email or, when enabled, through the form is used to respond, communicate with you and prepare a requested proposal. It is not used for a newsletter or advertising without a separate lawful basis.
Lawful basis
Requests for a service proposal are processed for precontractual steps at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). General enquiries are handled on the legitimate interest of responding to people contacting the studio (Article 6(1)(f)). Legal obligations are handled under Article 6(1)(c).
Information and retention
When active, the form requests your name, email and message, with optional website details and service selection. Do not submit sensitive information. Unconverted enquiries are retained for up to twelve months after the last interaction unless a justified need requires otherwise. Contractual records are retained for applicable legal periods.
Providers
The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services in the London region, United Kingdom. Messages sent to the provisional Gmail address are also processed through Google. The domain mailbox, once enabled, is hosted on the server mentioned above. Provider arrangements and applicable safeguards are reviewed before expanding data collection.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability where applicable by contacting us. You may also complain to the Data Protection Agency (AEPD): www.aepd.es.
Technical logs
The server records technical access and error information, including IP addresses, for operation and security. We do not install advertising analytics. When the form is enabled, rate limiting uses a temporary IP fingerprint for one hour.
